"I am also very disappointed. I had a job scheduled with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. I showed up at the location at the time that was scheduled. There was no one at home and no one answered the phone. There was a lock box there that I was never told about. I left a phone message for Mr. [Member Name Removed] and I waited 20 minutes. It was then too late to start the job and still get to my next appointment for that day. So, I left. An hour and 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment, Mr. [Member Name Removed] called me to tell me to go back later that day and do the work. In spite of the fact that he had wasted my time by not informing me that the property was vacant, I was willing to reschedule the appointment. Because this is the busy time of year, I was only able to offer Mr. [Member Name Removed] an appointment in about 2 weeks (just like the first appointment). He became irritated and threatened bad online reviews if I didn't get there sooner. I explained that the only way to get there sooner would be to abandon one of my scheduled customers. That did not matter to him and now he has decided to lie to try to inflict pain on me, my business, and my family's source of income. If you read any of my reviews anywhere on the internet, you will find that I am very organized and very detail oriented. I've dealt with hundreds of clients that were not going to be onsite at the time I completed the work. For those customers, I take the most detailed notes of all in my day planner. When a customer informs me they will not be there, I always write "vacant" in my book. I then always ask about access (i.[Member Information Removed]. gate code, lock box). I always get a precise description of the screens to repair since they will not be there to point them out. I always ask about how to handle payment since there will be no one there. I write all of this in my planner. Mr. [Member Name Removed] never mentioned that he would not be there, so I never even asked for a lock box code. I never asked which screen needed repair. And, we never discussed how we would handle payment. Like Mr. [Member Name Removed] said, I am very busy. My customers know why. I am grateful to the good people that are my clients and I am grateful that this person will never be my customer."
