"Dear Linh England, After several requests on your part to change the cleaning time/date, we finally settled on Friday after 3:30 PM. Our system sends automatic reminders via email and text, 2 days before cleaning one 1 day before, respectively. Our maid showed up after 3:30, as you requested. There was nobody home and all access doors were locked. We only received a text from from saying you had to leave to pick up your son. We tried to reach you by phone and left messages. We also offered to send you a crew the following day, Saturday, which was the original move out cleaning date. Our refund policy is clearly stated on all our emails. Cancellations at the door are charged at 100%."
"Mr. Fred Lajevardi, A detailed estimate was sent to clean your 6br, 3ba 3668 SF home located at 21241 Longridge Drive / Trabuco Canyon, California 92679. It clearly stated the hourly rate of $45.00/hour for ONE (1) maid and a minimum of 4.0 hours to do as much cleaning as possible. You requested that we send TWO (2) maids, instead of one, because, as you stated, the house needed a Deep Cleaning. So a second estimate was sent, which you approved. It also clearly specified the charge of $80.00/hour for TWO (2) Maids. Also with a minimum of 4.0 hours ($320.00 minimum). Our maids were there for five (5.0) hours. You were charged the correct amount of $400.00 for this cleaning. The owner spoke with you once after the cleaning and left several unreturned messages. An email was sent to you clarifying the charges, including the arrival and departure times for the maids. Due to COVID-19 we no longer provide Fixed Priced estimates for First Time cleaning on homes larger than 2000 SF. This was explained to you by both the manager and the owner BEFORE the cleaning. We also suggested that you prepare a list of priority items/areas for the maids to clean. This usually saves time and helps the maids understand your needs and preferences a lot better. Instead of the list, you and your wife gave the maids verbal instructions, interrupted them constantly while they were cleaning, and had them move from area to area in a most disorganized manner. To make matters worse, one of our maids reported unwanted and unprovoked sexual advances on your part. You threatened her with a bad review if they did not accept it. And here it is. Needless to say, we do not want, nor do we need your business. Your neighbors and your HOA have already been alerted about your actions."
"Dear (consumer name withheld per their request) We try to schedule Move Out jobs like this as early in the morning as possible, and weeks in advance to ensure they cleaners come with 'fresh legs and wide eyes'. This was a last minute emergency move out cleaning that had to be schedule mid day. Second and third shift jobs are never guaranteed an exact arrival time. For various reasons. You were informed of this possibility in advance. Nevertheless, when we found out there was a delay on the arrival, we added a 3rd cleaner to ensure the project was completed on time. Out cleaners also performed chores for this property that were not included in the estimate. Perhaps in the future, you'll be able to plan ahead of time, so these inconveniences do not happen again."

"This vacant home was in a deplorable overall condition when the maids arrived. The new owners hired us provide only 4.0 hours of maid service. Anastasia's husband insisted the maids spend their entire time cleaning the kitchen, some hard to reach areas around the range could not be reached without removing the entire appliance. The maids pointed this out.. We have photos to prove it. Our maids attire is inspected before they are sent out. This client is simply lying. He also made inappropriate offers to our maids that were rejected, reported and documented. Warnings about this client have been sent to other cleaning services in the area."
"We do not know who this client is, as we do not have any records of a service complaint in Aliso Viejo. When cleaning services are hired on an hourly basis to fit within a client's budget, it may easily compromise the ability to clean some areas of the home. It's simply not possible to fit an 8.0 hour job in a 4.0 hour budget."
"Homes that have not been cleaned in a long time will, of course, take longer to complete than homes that receive regular cleaning services. Without exception, our quotes for Inland Empire first time cleanings are based on an hourly rate, for that very same reason. We strive to under promise and over deliver each and every time someone hires us. Unfortunately, this client had unrealistic expectations of what four (4.0) hours of cleaning could accomplish in a large home that had not been touched professionally in years."
