Handyman Service
Absolutely horrific experience. Marc outsourced the work to a contractor he didn't know. The contractor changed the date (which was critical as I was going out of town) and then hired other contractors Marc didn't know to do the job. Completely unprofessional and as I didn't understand the nature of the relationships among these people, I over-tipped and Marc will not reimburse as he says the tips are between the contractor and customer. I was called way too many times about this and got in the middle of the contractor battle.
Will be reporting to BBB. Also, contractors arrived 2 hours, 45 min late and asked to do their own thing - listen to music, etc.
