Let me give you a brief history to better explain how customer service and complete satisfaction is number one
with Scott Brothers Electric. Our home has over forty recessed lights and accompanying switches that were installed by Scott Brothers Electric. In addition, they replaced all our outlets, installed garage lighting, smoke detectors, and other fixtures, too.
During the design phase, Jason Scott asked several questions to make sure the lighting selected and their placement throughout our home will match our needs. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the electrical work.
We were having a problem with our chandelier not turning on. It wasn't a big problem because there were other
lighting sources available. However, this was not acceptable to Jason Scott at Scott Brothers Electric. He called and said he was in the area and would like to come by to investigate.  Mr. Scott was insistent on finding out what was wrong and correcting it.  Sure enough, it was a defective switch that was replaced in short order. I appreciate the prompt 
service and attention to detail provided by Scott Brothers Electric.

Adam and Jason arrived on time and began the working of installing a power outlet for a new side mounted garage door opener.They installed the outlet as an extension of an existing outlet where my present garage door opener is.  They did a great job testing both outlets and cleaning up the job site.  I was very happy with their work and will use them again if I need electrical work to be performed in my home.

I asked them to use lights that we had purchased earlier at a lighting store. It turned out that the lights were not as easy to install as the salesman had claimed, at least not if the work was to be up to code. That is one reason I always use Scott Brother's Electric and have for nine years. Everything they do is done right, is up to code and looks good. They spent a lot more time on the lights than they had anticipated. But they were more concerned about getting it done right than in rushing through and going to their next job. Now that the lights are in, we are very happy with the results.

The Scott brothers came to our home, worked as a team to figure out our problem, and very quickly completed the work. My husband and I were very impressed by their professionalism and expertise, and we would definitely call them again.

I'M JUST VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED. I AM PROBABLY MOST SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NOT A LOT OF MESS OR DRYWALL REPAIR. IT WAS TWO BROTHERS WHO DID IT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DOWN TO EARTH.
