I drive an 8-yr old Honda and it runs perfectly because of Saddleback Automotive. I have my car serviced regularly and at times, when something doesn't seem quite right. Mike, the owner is honest only does what and quot;needsand quot; to be done at a reasonable price instead of what the and quot;computerand quot; says should be done, as happens at the dealerships. His prices are reasonable and certainly less than any dealer I've taken my car.

They are very honest. Mike has always been very conservative. If he does repair something and a problem occurs he stands by his work. He explains what he is going to do before he does the work. He always shows the old part and compares it with a new part as well. He is very responsive.

I HAVE ONLY HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES AT SADDLEBACK AUTOMOTIVE. THEY ALWAYS MANAGE TO SQUEEZE ME IN NO MATTER WHAT AND THEY COMPLETE THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY ALWAYS USE MATS SO MY CARPET DOESN'T GET DIRTY.
