Austin was contracted to install tile and backer board to my new walk in shower. When I asked him to apply another coat of the liquid waterproofing because I had noticed pin holes and voids, in addition to the installation not following the manufacturerâ s directions, he became defensive and said I should find another contractor. He effectively walked off the job because I asked him to make my shower waterproofâ ¦go figure. After initially offering a fraction of my deposit back he later issued a full refund for my deposit after I pointed out the manufacturer had confirmed to me the install was not to their standards to achieve a waterproof shower. I would have much rather he put the job right, and carried on so my project wasnâ t delayed, but it seemed to me like he took issue with being called out for poor workmanship, or wasnâ t confident in his ability of his subs to get the job right. Either way he issued a full refund and caused me a week of delay and I will incur more expense for a new contractor to remove and replace his mistakes.

They showed up ion time / very neat and clean when they would finish for the day. Did excellent work for the many jobs we had them perform!

Attention to detail. Great at helping select products for the remodel. Austin is quite knowledgeable on making choices that will look good together.
