I really like going to Personal Monitored Training. It is a small gym, the people that work there are world class athletes. The atmosphere is way better than going to a regular gym. It's kind of an unusual setup, but is very nice. They also offer a system that allows you to train from home. It is a two way t.v. that allows the trainer to see you, and for you to see the trainer. The building itself is slightly hard to find, you really have to look for it. I will continue to go there.
