Drew the owner was professional and responsive - assessed repair prior to replacement to save me money - next day appointment set and technician Alan was professional and responsive and did a great job - will definitely recommend to family and friends!!

I'm very pleased with the service I received.  The three other companies I called said the windshield had to be replaced (cost over $300), but Drew fixed it no problem!  He was right on time and it took about 45 minutes to fix.  I'm very happy with the results; the crack is barely visible.  Much better than getting a whole new windshield!  I love that there is also a warranty just in case.  Drew was great to deal with and he was very prompt and responsive.

The price was just what he promised.  The crack hasn't grown in over a year, and it is still hardly visible.

Drew and I made an appointment a couple of days out. We met at a mutually convenient time and place, he was on time, neat, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair took 20 minutes or so and the ding is barely visible. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

The price was reasonable. My experience with Orange County Auto Glass was very smooth. They're good to work with.

It was good. They were well priced. They gave us a deal on two cars. We had two cars done at the same locations, so they cut us a deal on the price. My wife shopped around and they were extremely competitive. They didn't misrepresent what they were going to put in. It was something that was acceptable to us and they did two vehicles on one location. They were on time and they did a good job. One was a fairly expensive window and I thought for both of them on a full size truck, it was good. I've been happy with the quality of the glass and the install. It wasn't perfect, but it the guy did a pretty good job. It was acceptable to me. I had to point something out to them.

He was on time, did a great job, and charged exactly what he said quoted on the phone. It was definitely a positive experience._x000D_|I don't actually remember the date of service, but it's been at least a year, and the repair held up just fine.

They came out when they promised and the installer did a great job. It was done within 40 minutes which was what he had estimated. Pricing from their web site is very straightforward and there were no surprises. Their web site also said if a crack is over 12 inches long, it would have to be replaced vs. repaired so I knew before they came out it what to expect.

Awesome Service! Came out to fix a crack on the Flex windshield the same day I called! He happen to be in the area. That weekend, my son cracked his windshield big time and they were out the day after I called to do the replacement! Couldn't be happier with the service and the prices. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends! Both services were done at my work parking lot and took approximately one-half hour - can't beat that!

Drew responded within 24 hours and came to my home to repair my windshield. The crack was pretty bad and I wasn't certain he could do an acceptable repair. When he was finished, I was genuinely and quot;wowed.and quot; He did such a masterful job, I could hardly notice the original ding in my windshield. A few weeks back a rock hit may windshield. a small star shaped crack was imprinted on the windshield. I called OC Auto Glass Repair. Drew set me up the same day for the repair. Drew was very nice and professional. He completed the work in15 minutes. Nice work. I have scheduled an appointment for tomorrow for my wife's vehicle to get the same thing repaired. Thank you Drew.

I noticed a crack in my windshield and I immediately called Drew. I've used him in the past and have been very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I talked to him in the morning (about 8:30am) and he was able to schedule me the same in the 3:30pm - 5:00pm slot. Around 4:30, he called to say he would be there shortly and he arrived about 4:45. All the work was completed by 5:15. I was able to drive my car immediately and the crack is barely noticeable. Also, Drew has a lifetime guarantee for his work!

I called Drew's repair service based on the reviews on Angie's List. He answered the phone himself and I explained that I had a nickel-sized chip in my windshield that needed repair. He told me that it would cost $58.00 and that he would be able to come to my home to complete the service the next day. He gave me a two hour window of time and arrived within the first half hour of that time frame. He was very friendly and professional and explained exactly what he would be doing to make the windshield as good as new. He completed the work within 20 minutes and it looks great! I would definitely call him again if I needed this sort of service.

He did a really great job and I would definitely recommend him. He called back quickly, there was a $50 flat fee, and he came out when he was supposed to. He is definitely one of the good providers.

I called on Wednesday (10/5) to schedule the repair. Drew, the owner, was very courteous and advised me that due to the rain that day, the repair would have to wait a few days. My schedule didn't allow the repair to be scheduled until the following Tuesday. However, Friday morning (10/7), I called Drew again and asked to reschedule due to a conflict and, to my surprise, he was able to come out that afternoon. He showed up promptly during scheduled "window" and was quick to get to work. He explained the process and within 20 minutes, my windshield was repaired. It was a great experience. When my windshield was hit, it was the first time I had ever had to deal with something like that. Drew and his company made everything so easy.
