Nuflo Dryer Vent Cleaning

We had an old dryer vent built into our house partially made with vinyl that was no longer up to code. Michael from Nuflo was able to make a house visit the same day we called. He discussed the options with us for addressing the problem and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Nice guy who gives good advice and is a pleasure to work with.

Chris arrived and started by suctioning out accumulated material from the dryer itself. Next he hooked up a vacuum to remove other material from the dryer duct. Then he went into the attic to access the end of the duct as it hooked up to the roof vent. There he discovered that whoever had installed the duct work previously had done it incorrectly causing the duct not to vent properly. He made some adjustments to the length of the duct so the air would flow as it should. I am not sure the average technician would have caught this. Good job Chris!

Chris from Nuflo arrived on time. He was very professional. Nuflo cleaned the dryer exhaust port and lint from surrounding area of the dryer. He also vacuumed up all the lint around the dryer. I have not had the dryer port cleaned for over 7 years since I moved into my condo. After discussing with friends at work about dryer fires in homes and seeing on the news a house destroyed by a dryer fire I figure it was time to do preventive maintenance. I'm glad I found the right company to do the job right. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Nuflo.

He was on time and did the work within a reasonable amount of time. Pulled the dryer out, put it back in place, and even vacuumed the floor behind the dryer, which was a nice touch.

Excellent service

Excellent company, this is the second time we have used them. The dryer was taking longer to dry clothes and leaving a lot of lint on them. After the vents were cleaned, it now dry's clothes like it was new. Very good company.

This was a great experience. I finally feel confident that the vents were cleaned properly based on the performance of my dryer after the work was done. The owner of the company actually did this job. He was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly to me. I will definitely use this company again and will refer this company to others.
