Called and was able to book service in about 10 days. I have a stackable unit so they had to schedule when 2 people could come out in case they needed to pull the whole thing out. Two guys arrived within the agreed schedule (they called when they were about 20 minutes away). They quickly determined that they wouldn't have to pull the whole unit out because there was a front access panel for the dryer vent. Anyway, one person was able to do the job which made the price a little cheaper. The job took about 45 minutes. He checked that the outside trap was fully opening and closing after the job was done. I was charged the amount quoted on the phone (for service not requiring pulling out unit).

It was very easy to make the initial appointment. The technicians were very polite, professional, and did an excellent job. The quoted price was the final price there were no surprises.

These guys save live by cleaning and repairing dryer vents. Thats all they do and they do it very well. See what can happen when that lint accumulates and potentially catches fire. My hat is off to Mike and Zach for their knowledge and work.

Michael arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and took a look at my vent and immediately knew what needed to be done.  He was able to use a new part to make a tight and complete connection to alleviate the problem.  I offered to pay him for the additional time he spent correcting the issue and he declined.  I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and the end result he was able to achieve.  I would highly recommend Michael and his company Nuflo for any of your dryer vent service needs.

I would highly recommend Nuflo for any dryer venting issue. I had another service provider clean the dryer venting system in a rental house in Ladera Ranch. The tenants still had problems with the new dryer shutting off. Sears came out 3 times to repair the dryer. I had the venting through the roof checked and everything looked OK. I researched Angie's List and found the good comments on Nuflo and in particular on Michael the owner. After talking to him about possible problems & solutions, I asked him to come out personally and diagnose the issue. He came and found a difficult 90 degree bend and was able to clean out the obstruction. The tenants and myself are very relieved that everything works perfectly now. Great knowledge & service with reasonable pricing. Use this company. I will for any future cleaning & servicing.

Michael did a great job. Our dryer vent is long with angles and is not easy to clean. Michael took his time and cleaned the vent thoroughly. I was amazed at how much gunk came out of it. He was very patient and kept cleaning until there was good airflow where it vents to the outside. Michael also called before he came over giving us a 20 minute window. His price was more than reasonable for the work performed.

Everything went very well from start to finish.  The owner, Michael, came out to do the work himself.  He came on a Saturday, which was really helpful.  He was friendly and informative over the phone when I called to get an estimate, and he was equally impressive in person.  He was able to clear a lot of debris out of the vent (including a bird's nest) and the dryer seems to be operating more efficiently now.  He cleaned up after himself and tested the dryer before leaving.  We would definitely recommend Nuflo.  Thank you, Michael!

They did a great job and they are very personable.  They are very prompt.  I liked everything, they were very kind and offered suggestions.

They did great. They came out on short notice and were very efficient and very polite and cordial. It was very positive customer experience.

It worked out fine. They did a good job. They were pretty honest. They were on time. If they ran into an issue, they were upfront about it. They had an issue with our vacuum, they did that. There was a cut in the vacuum cord that they were having trouble with that will prolong the cleanup process and they found a fix for it right away and completed their job. It was good. Everything was very professional. They were polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They were quick. It was overall a good experience.
