HE WAS ON TIME. HE DID A GOOD JOB, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT. HE CHARGED ME A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY, SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO, AND DID IT WELL. HE DIDN'T USE SOAP WHICH HAS MADE MY CARPETS PICK UP DIRT AGAIN.
