Chris and his team promptly arrived at 7:00 a.m. (when Chris said they would) and did the job. Chris helped us with the permit process and was there for us every step of the way. They were polite to our somewhat nosy neighbors who kept asking them questions (we just moved in, and people are curious). They interacted well with the city inspector. I thought their pricing was more than fair, and they cleaned up after themselves. In the future, we're going to be doing some more projects, and we're going to ask them to do the work. In other words, I found a plumber for life!

My master water valve failed and won't turn the water back on. This was after 7 pm. I called Chris. He was very friendly and accommodating to my situation. Came over right away, replaced my valve in about 30 minutes. Since he did not have the part to replace my spigot at the same time, Chris came back the next day while I was at work to finish the job.

Both father and son worked together on this project, which was a bit complex and two years later everything works perfectly. I felt it was very important to have the project signed off by the city since we had a large gas line installed to accomodate the new tankless water heater. Everything checked out perfectly with the inspector. Was a job well done at a fair price.

Chris did trouble shooting on my 5 year + old Noritz tankless water heater which had stopped heating water as of Sunday 3/31/2013 in the afternoon. After spending time figuring out the problem, he provided an estimate for the fix, and took care of the problem, including picking up the part. He was very polite, not pushy, but very thorough in his work. The motto of his company is 'we treat you like family' and that's what I felt he did. He was not there to rip us off, and he did a great job of getting our problem fixed. We highly recommend Chris who has alot of expertise in tankless water heater maintenance (all brands).
