After literally, suffering and going through several poorly trained, thieving, gum snapping house cleaners, I was so happy when I found Laura House Cleaning. Laura and her crew have been cleaning my home for years. I can’t say enough about how professional Laura and her girls cleans my home. They are very through, efficient, conscious and careful with my personal treasures. Laura’s girls come prepared to work and begin immediately. They are always pleasant and cheerful. They almost do deep cleaning each time they come. (I do not have them clean the inside of the refrigerator or garage.) They do an excellent job and it is noticeable to everyone when they leave. Laura also, will check on her girls periodically to see how well they are working, if she does not come herself to do the job. I would highly recommend Laura House Cleaning.

First cleaning before move in was decent, but not great. Most of the areas were cleaned, but many details were missing. Not a huge deal. The price was good. Also, I didn't leave money with the contractor by accident and they were not so aggressive about getting it right away. 
Made a second appointment for after we moved in. When it came the day for the appointment, no show. I texted and tried calling multiple times, but no answer. Then later, I get a message that they were not able to make it for some reason and wanted to reschedule. I already waited for 4 hours. 
I believe the daughter answers for the business via her cell phone. Very friendly, but I would prefer more business responsiveness. 
It's just my preference.  At the same time, due to some busy schedule, I forgot to pay them via paypal. The daughter was nice enough to come by and pick up the money. This part, I was in error. They didn't charge me additional fees or give me any nasty phone calls. This is very mom-and-pop so you get the friendliness that way, but if you need strict schedules, this may not work.

It went okay.  They were here a week after the purchase date.  The deal was an A.  They could have had better quality to the cleaning.

I've used this company before but was disappointed with the quality of work this time. Three cleaners showed up so the should have worked for two hours but left 15 to 20 minutes early. Also after closer inspection of the work I found blinds were not dusted as well as several areas like behind the TV's.

They are average. Their work isn't bad but, it's not excellent. I am currently using them for my house cleaning. It's been about a month since they came out because I was out of town. They called and cancelled at the last minute too. They are here for an hour and a half and still charge the $85. Their price is moderate, it's not the lowest, but they're not the highest. Their work is average. They have been late several times, one time they called and cancelled at the last minute. I am using them right now.

Everything was fine. I purchased the deal expecting to get one person for three hours and I got here and it ended up being two people for only an hour-and-a-half. They did probably a better-than-average-job cleaning than some of the people that I’ve had before but not quite as good as I would like.

Very professional, worked hard and worked well as a team. Vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen well, dusted, etc.

It turned out just fine. They did a good job. Sometimes, cleaners don't clean the way you want. But, they did a good job. I would use them again. They did call right away.
