They did an okay job but the customer service suffered near the end.

The job seemed to go ok at completion. However, about 1 1/2 yrs. after completion three of my tiles fell off. I called to ask about replacement of tiles and they told me I would have to pay for service since my warranty expired after a year. I told them that I didn't feel I should pay for the job since this was due to inferior work. They held firm in their belief. My husband took off the 3 tiles and noticed that the cracks underneath were not filled and that the concrete filler under the tiles were crumbly and just fell apart. I would say that their work was inferior and the materials used did not appear to be of high quality if it just crumbled. I kind of worry about the rest of my tiles holding up now. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer relations. I feel that after they receive their money they don't really care about you as a client.

The installers did a pretty good job and were professional. It is hard to get ahold of them. They are not too fast on following up on questions. They are not really that responsive.

They were very professional, the price was right, and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished very quickly too.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY THROUGH WITH THEIR WORK. THE INSTALLER SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS VERY INFORMED OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED. HE GAVE ME FURTHER ADVISE ON THE SPA ITSELF.
