+ -1 moreJohn was highly recommended to us by a relative he had done work for. He came to our house and took measurements for a master bath remodel among other things and left promising us an estimate. After that he never called and never returned our phone calls. We can understand a contractor being busy or even not wanting to take a job because of the situation or the clients, but to just refuse to return phone calls from potential customers seems very unprofessional. Buyers beware.
