Furniture - Sales
Terrible. Took weeks for furniture to arrive just so we could go and pick it up from them in Orange County. They charged us right away for the purchase even though it took almost four weeks to get it. On arrival furniture was damaged and it took almost 2 months to get a replacement piece for the damaged piece which was damaged too- it took 4 more months to get an undamaged replacement piece. Company refused any compensation for our inconvenience or to ship the final replacement piece to us. Seriously don't use this company!!! It is even more disappointing because I had hoped to order another piece to the bedroom set, but I am so disgusted with them that I would never order from them again. The ultimate reason I ordered from this company was they claimed to sell Eco-friendly furniture made from sustainable grown wood, but the furniture came from China, so I'm skeptical.
