ENGLAND EXTERMINATING INC

England Exterminating issued certificate of completion without conducting any inspection for completion of the repairs while house was still covered by tents and fumigation was in progress. Issued by them certificate of completion was used to close escrow and change ownership of the property in Mission Viejo. After escrow closed I was notified by contractors I was planning to paint the house that termination work was not completed. I've contacted England Exterminating and was advised that everything is OK and I have nothing to worry about. After I filed complaint with California Structural Pest Control Department I was advised by the state inspector that 35% of damages listed on certificate of completion were not repaired at all, and another 35% were repaired in violation of California Pest Control standards. I was issued certificate of completion even though work was either not done at all or was not done correctly. 
The following violations were found by the state Structural Pest Control inspector (quoted verbatim from the state findings report):
..." 1. Failed to complete work in a good and workmanlike manner to the reported drywood termite damaged wood, evidence of the drywood termites in the attic space, decay fungi damage  at the door framing, decay fungi damage at the raftertails and gutter spacers, fungus inspections at the patio cover, decay fungi damage at the patio cover joists, decay fungi damage at the exterior beams.
Drywood termite damage is still present at the previously repaired and replaced areas, evidence of drywood termites is still present at the attic space, decay fungi damage is still present at the previously repaired and replaced areas, fungus infections are still present at the patio cover, the newly installed patio joists are not properly nailed and the repairs at the exterior beams are failing.

If you are buying house and England Exterminating is hired by Christy Holmes Century 21 Award real estate agent, BEWARE. My escrow was closed based on fraudulent documentation, work that was alleged to be completed was not completed or was completed in violation of professional standards.
I do not recommend England Exterminating for any pest and termite exterminating job, especially if this is done as part of the escrow and England Exterminating was hired by Christy Holmes of Century 21 Award in Rancho Santa Margarita..
