The ceiling job was completed on schedule with one minor problem of missing a remote control. The wall texturing was also completed on schedule, however I had concerns due to the inconsistency of the texture having many many lumps on the walls in the texture, and how the paint job with another contractor would be effected. The owner basically told me that this problem occurs with this type of texturing which he said he apprised me of. He also said that due to the state of the walls having had wallpaper removed, that this was expected and that I should have known all of this because he told me which I did not recall. He basically was no help.
In both instances for the ceiling and wall jobs, when I called the owner about problems, he was argumentative and spoke to me in a rude manner.
The good things were that I could always get ahold of the owner right away. And after I received my quote for the wall job, I had a fan installed leaving several holes in the wall which the owner agreed to patch which no extra charge.
I would not hire this San Diego company again because of the rude way in which I was talked to.
