Inspection of larger homes or specialized inspections such as pools, thermal imaging, radon gas and mold will be extra and quoted in advance. Any property less than 800 sq. ft. will be inspected at a reduced rate quoted in advance. I really had no expectation that his inspection would include the chimney and the performance of the sprinkler system and the foundation. I can't think od anything he left out i was most impressed that he arrived a little early and that after he was finished took as much time as necessary tp amswer all my questions. He even returned to check that his recommendations for repairs had been properly done.
