Promised to get tough stains out and their cleaner used and or methods did not work even after several applications and many promises. When I asked for money refunded based on their promises they refused. They did not follow their stated policies to refund money. Terrible company. They do the work but do not get results promised and do not back it up. Not quite a scam but as close as it can be to it.

They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. There are no longer any stains. The pricing was very reasonable.

They did a terrible job. There was a bubble in the carpet that they were supposed to come back and clean and they never came back or called back. They have a recoding that states if your not happy your don't pay, which is not true. I would never use them again.
