The were actually early, our appointment was set for 7am, they showed up 10 min early, which I love!  They loaded the spa with so much care that I would have thought they were moving something that belonged to them. I expected them to take hours getting the spa loaded, but they were done in less than 1 hour. They let me follow them to the new location and when we arrived they unloaded it quickly. The were very friendly and professional the whole time.  If I ever purchase another large outdoor item, I will be calling them.
