areas on dogs around ears were not cleaned still had dirt and Grime on them unable to perform a thorough overall cleaning on the animals dogs are still shedding just as much as they did before they went to the location really don't think they are designed for larger dogs

Well. Some uneven spots but compared to other places I've gone, good.

They are quite reasonable and I’ve used them when I had my little sheltie and they were really good with her too so I don’t have any problem with them at all. They’ve always been very good. They like animals and they seem to treat them with respect. It’s a small place, it’s not a huge groomer and I think that’s one reason I like them.

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed after reading reviews on this place. The people I spoke to over the phone were very friendly and informative. I brought my dog in for our scheduled appointment and I was told it would take about 1 hour. I called to check in after 1 1/2 hours and was told he wasn't ready yet. After 3 hours I received a phone call telling me to come and pick up my dog, he wasn't able to be groomed because he was trying to bite the groomers. I was appalled that after waiting for 3 hours he wasn't even groomed. My poor dog sat in a cage for 3 hours waiting to be groomed, no wonder he was agitated at the groomers by the time they tried to take him out of the cage. Good luck if you choose to use this groomer, make sure your dog is comfortable with long waits.

I called on a Wednesday for a Saturday morning appointment. There was every sized dog there, from a St. Bernard to a Yorkie. The two women working there obviously love dogs. My dog looks great. I will be a regular customer.
