+ 1 moreHe's awesome. He works for my 18 unit condominium and then he's doing two private residences. He removed trees for me and he does everything. He works very tidy and he'll do anything you need. He's been doing our condo for a year now and they've never looked better.
Description of Work: Sandoval repaired, at my condo, broken sprinkler heads. He changed the color on the flowerbeds, cleaned the plants that grew over the summer and trimmed some shrubs. He did gardening maintenance and general clean up on two other properties and he removed a tree for me. Because I referred him to so many people he didn't bill me for the tree removal.

+ 0 moreHe has done such a good job with my work that my condo association hired him to do the work. They are all clean, tidy, and don't leave any of the debris behind. His English is impeccable and they are really easy to work with.
Description of Work: He removed trees for me. When we purchased the property, he cleaned up the yard. He is good with maintenance work. He is installing a sprinkler line for an area he noticed. I had a big Olive Tree that was over grown and messy. He did a nice job of the cleaning the yard and the tree.
