We have had Johnson's Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets for many years at two different locations. He is always on time. He does a fantastic job and we will continue to use his company. By the time we get home from work, the carpet is completely dry. Thank you for another great job!

Scott arrived on time and moved all our big pieces of furniture so that he could do a complete job. He methodically moved from room to room cleaning the carpet. He then cleaned the tile and grout in the bathrooms. As he was cleaning the carpet, he put plastic protectors on the feet of the furniture to protect the carpet from getting stained. When he finished, he removed all his equipment and left no debris behind. We are very pleased with his service. It was reasonable in price and the floors were cleaned in a professional manner with excellent results. We will definitely use Scott again!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Johnson’s Carpet Cleaning service, and I could not be happier! Inexpensive, very competent, and provides great value. In the past, whenever I had to have my carpets cleaned, it was a nightmare. First, when (if!) they showed up, there was the inevitable argument about what constitutes a room. Seriously?! Somehow my 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is made up of 5 rooms of carpeting?! And then they would say moving furniture is extra. Not so with Johnson’s carpet. My two-bed/2bath/1 living room-dining area condo added up to exactly THREE rooms, as it should, and they moved the furniture for me. They said they would arrive between 12:00 and 4:00; they arrived at 1:30 and even gave me a call first to say they were about 4 miles away. Awesome! But the real value is their outstanding service. Even my little place presents some pretty significant challenges, and Johnson’s overcame every one of them for a very reasonable price indeed.
1] I have off-white Berber carpet that is difficult to clean.
2] I live facing the Port of Long Beach, so every surface is embedded with gross particulates from the container ships’ exhausts. 3] I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
4] I have a 19-year old cat with chemical sensitivities.
The owner, Vince, gladly met every challenge. They snaked the hoses up from the driveway through my balcony, thus avoiding tromping up and down the stairs and dripping to and from. They use a green cleaning solution, so there are no irritants for me or the old cat. They double-rinse the carpets to ensure no residue is left behind. And they even cleaned my giant area rug, front and back AND scotch-guarded it! Moving the furniture? No problem! They moved everything to one side to clean the other, then reversed the process. All of this took less than 1 ½ hours! I will definitely be using them regularly (since the whole Port of LB air quality/particulate thing will never go away).
