I've known him for at least ten years or more. Two days ago he did my yard, and then he does my rental once, the first week of every month. I do $18.50 every two weeks and my rental is 35 dollars for the monthly cuts. It's $18.50 because it's 37, I was trying to figure out the monthly and how much it is a month. He charges me $37.00 and $35 for my rental. If I find something wrong, yes he responds. I don't really know how to answer the responsiveness, I just think he's good. You can talk to him, I can call him for anything, you know. For punctuality, I'd give him a B, because he's on his own schedule, but the week that he's supposed to come, he comes, it might not be the same day of the week. Instead of every other Wednesday its not always like that sometimes. Of course, I would use this provider again. I've known Mr.Gregory for years.
