Express Spa Deliveries

I called Ed at Express Spa Deliveries approximately 2 weeks prior to needing a spa to be moved. At first he was very responsive. He quoted me one price and then increased the price a few days later. The day of the move, he was not responsive. He said that he would keep me posted and he did not. I had to call and text him and even then I had to wait for a response. They were 3 hours late delivering my spa. They did not apologize. I asked for a discount, Ed said no and became what felt like aggressive. I tried to express my dissatisfaction with him, I was polite. I told him that I cancelled two clients to wait for his guys to show up. He told me that I should have called them and cancelled. He blamed me and he said that I was breaking up (not true the call was clear) and then he hung up on me. I paid the rate that I agreed to pay. The actual guys who moved the spa were nice, professional and did a good job. Overall, I would never do business with this business again and I would not recommend them to anyone, ever.
