He was very reasonable and on time. He did a good job. He is licensed and bonded. That is what I was looking for. He was a little ahead of schedule when he came over for the bid. He was here and on time Saturday. He was very cooperative and amiable. When he finished, there were a couple of things that he didn't finish the way I wanted. He finished that and painted it. He asked me if I was pleased and I told him yes. He was very pleasant. He cleaned up after himself and he put down plastic. He didn't get any spray all over the house.

Lalo is awesome. He is always on time (usually early) and does a great job. This report is for the most recent work of painting three bathrooms, but he also has done extensive drywall repairs when I was remodeling my kitchen, and minor framing work (new doorway). I highly recommend Lalo because he is friendly, listens to what you want, and then actually does it. What a concept.
