The repair guy came by on time and as expected but did not fix the problem. We still have the issue and are going with another company.

"This home owner had an irrigation system on a slope (on top part of slope) and some other contractor added an extra line of water to the existing line and all the back flow was coming out to the bottom line. I explained to the home owner that we cannot add another line to the existing line and that a new valve would have to be installed and whatever I do may not fix the problem and he agreed to that."
