I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE TECHNICIAN. I WAS ALSO pleased WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM BY THE TECHNICIAN BECAUSE IT ALLOWED ME TO understand THE PROBLEM.

THE PEOPLE WEREN'T REALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. THE SHOP WASN'T REALLY SET UP OR PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS MEDIOCRE AND THEY DIDN'T SEEM TOO ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE OUT WHEN YOU CAME IN.
