I did not end up using them for the service, however. I decided the work was not necessary. If I would have wanted the service I definitely would have used this company. I thought the estimate was fair. The technician was very prompt and knowledgeable in his field. He gave me multiple options on how to handle the service. He got back to me within a day with the quote.

He does chimney cleanings and repairs. He also does dryer vent cleaning. He spread tarps before he did the inspection. His price was reasonable. He also came to my house and did an inspection and didn't charge me. It is a family business. He is a young guy in his 40's with a wife and two little kids that are darling. He even sent me a Christmas card to thank me for the business. He is delightful. His first name is Daniel. I've seen him twice in the last month. He gave me a very fair price on the logs and he gave me discounts on other things. He has been very helpful and he bends over backwards. He is so busy this time of year and he really worked hard to work me in. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up when he left and there wasn't a speck left.
