I messaged the provider via Angie's List messaging with details of the work and time that I needed it by. 24 hour later, no response so I left a message on his answering machine. 48 hours later I got a call back but it was too late. He said he was out of town on a job. And he doesn't check messages in the evening? I hope that he's a better electrician than a businessman.

The owner showed up on time, quickly assessed what needed to be done, and called in for help and supplies (that arrived within minutes). Workmanship was excellent, and the team left the site in great condition. The team had to work around landscape workers on site, but did not miss a beat. All in all, a very successful project.

Bill Shafe was the only electrician that responded immediately to my call. He assessed the situation and was able to reset the breakers and checked to make sure everything was working. It was a simple fix and we were not charged for the call. Thanks Bill! We will call you if something else goes wrong.
