Although, the technician was honest, which I appreciate greatly, he charged a $70 service fee just to come out. He hadn't mentioned this price, previously, when I spoke to him over the phone, although I admit, I forgot to ask. I thought $70 was a little high. I think $45 or $50 would have been more reasonable for coming out and not having to do any repairs. Very friendly though and seemed very knowledgeable.
