About us

Hi I'm Jeff Newman and live here in Lake Arrowhead with my wonderful wife of 25 years. All our 5 children were raised here. I'm a Christian man and attend Calvary Chapel of Lake Arrowhead. I take pride in my fence work. I do all the work myself with my excellent assistant. I only do quality work, and have a reputation for being an honest, hardworking, skillful, man that stands behind his work. I also build my own customized gates as I am a skilled welder as well. I also work another job at the school district here in Arrowhead, as a diesel mechanic, as fence work on the mountain is seasonal due to the weather conditions. I work 4 days there and have 3 days, or as much time as needed, to take care of my customers needs, for the fence company, which is my top priority. I do estimates after work or weekends, and can get jobs done in as little as 2 days, which is the normal time range. The hours above are flexible as you can call anytime and leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

As I said, the crew showed up exactly on time and worked exactly to schedule...a rarity. The crew was polite and professional. One thing to keep in mind, if any brush needs to be cleared out of the way for them to work, either have it done beforehand, or spell out exactly what you want and expect of them. They were a little rough on some of the baby trees that were in the vicinity. And the cut brush wasn't hauled off or cleaned up, but just left scattered around. NOT what I was hoping for. All in all, though, the fence is what I asked for. A little pricier than what I was expecting, but it was a fairly big job, so...

Jeff Newman fixed my fence and charged substantially less than any other companies that I'd spoken with. He came out when he said he would, which is rare up here. He was very polite and friendly. When he finished the job, which was done promptly, I noticed another area of the fence that needed repaired and he repaired it without an additional charge.
