"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experiences with us. Feedback like yours really helps us learn which areas need improvement in our business. I was disappointed to hear you've received unpredictable and slow service recently. This was especially disheartening when you've been such a long time customer and never had a problem until now. I want to sincerely apologize for our slow response and that you've been placed on hold when you called in. This level of service does not meet the standards we strive for and is currently being addressed by our entire staff. Providing quick response times and excellent customer service are very important to us, which is why we've always insisted on serving our clients from our own monitoring station and not hiring a large corporate central station to do this work for us. We are currently upgrading and overhauling our monitoring center and hiring more operators to ensure fast responses. We've had a growth spurt recently and are working diligently towards meeting and exceeding our high standard customer service goals. I also want to assure you that we are still very involved in our Lake Arrowhead community and care very much about every one of our local customers. We volunteer our security services for community events and continue to remain very involved locally. Keeping Lake Arrowhead safe is our top priority.
