He signed a contract with me and started the job by ignoring the plans provided to him. when confronted about his errors he quite after he left the project by sending me an text message "we are out". He them contacted his employees who left the job site a mess leaving lumber and nails all over the place. They didn't even have the decency of making sure that the plastic cover they put on the opening was secured well enough so the wind would not blow it away. He did great damage to the interior and exterior siding. I do not believe any of his reviews. He took the money and ran. Very unprofessional.

Very responsive and price competitive.  Roland very easy to reach and responsive.  Project finished on-time and on budget.  Change orders I initiated we priced very reasonably.

It went great. The best part was that the owner, Roland Flores, was extreamly responsive to all our communications, emails, and phone calls. He showed up every morning at about 7AM to talk to us, give his crew directions and ask if we had any issues.
One nice thing that Roland requires of his work crews was that the last 30 minutes of each day is spent cleaning up the work area. When the crew leaves, all tools are put away, and the work area are swept clean, and any trash and debris is bagged and stacked out of the way. 
The total job lasted two weeks and the crew's workmanship was excellent. Everything looks great. Thanks to Fernado, Johnny, Francisco, and Ricardo.
