He and his team are there when they say they will be. Progress is steady. When issues are found (minor in my case, but with a project this big, there are bound to be a few), he corrects them quickly without complaint. When change orders occur, he is fair and does not try to gouge like I have seen other contractors do. He returns phone calls. He is patient. He is detailed. At this point, the project is about 2/3 of the way done and progress continues to be steady. Just a surprisingly good experience all around so far.
