 + 0 moreHe and his team are there when they say they will be. Progress is steady. When issues are found (minor in my case, but with a project this big, there are bound to be a few), he corrects them quickly without complaint. When change orders occur, he is fair and does not try to gouge like I have seen other contractors do. He returns phone calls. He is patient. He is detailed. At this point, the project is about 2/3 of the way done and progress continues to be steady. Just a surprisingly good experience all around so far.
Description of Work: Major Remodel. 4 Bathrooms, down to the studs and back again. 20 or so new canned LED light fixtures. Replace all sockets and switches repatch and retexture. Stairway prep for wrought Iron. Reconfigured several doors (some wider, some taller). Windows replacements for the whole house are still pending, but my association is causing the delay, not Doug.
