+ -1 moreFiled a dispute with credit card company over charges. Complete refund credited to bank card within 14 days.
Description of Work: Ordered patio furniture set.and later decided to cancel within 3 day cancellation period. Merchant did not want to refund deposit without charging a 15% penalty. Federal Trade Commission states a "3 day cooling off period" for purchases made outside the merchant''s permanent place of business such as fairs, home shows, etc. without imposing a penalty.
