+ -1 moreQuantum did a wonderful job. They were on time everyday they were here. They cleaned up after themselves also. The large wood beams that had major damage were recovered and made looking new. We were well pleased with his honesty and professionalism. He did the job right! I cannot tell you how nice it is to have someone do the job right that you hired them for.
Description of Work: We had major termite and wood damage. They were thorough and honest with what needed to be done. They were the second company to give us an inspection. The first company had some discrepancies that he uncovered by marc, the owner. He was honest! I can't tell you how nice it was to have someone be honest about what needed to be done and be done right. It rare these days.

+ -1 moreIt went faster than we expected. The crew showed up on time and completed the job a day sooner than we expected. They were polite, professional, and hard-working. They removed and replaced fascia board and siding in different areas around the outside of our house, They treated some areas for termites and they patched the siding where we had had a plumbing repair done. They got all the damaged wood repaired so that we could then have the house painted. This is the 2nd time we've used Quantum for outside repairs and we would not hesitate to use them again. They are an honest, hard-working company.
Description of Work: Marc, the owner, inspected our house for termites and dry rot, answered all of our questions thoroughly, made recommendations, and gave us a written estimate for repairs.
