Quick to respond, good price and great quality. I really appreciated their customer service. I did go back to get screens for the rest of my windows fixed. They were great. About 1/3 the price elsewhere.

I purchased a Frameless shower door from MVG and it was installed 6/12/2013, upon using the shower we noticed it leaked a puddle of water outside the shower enclosure into the corner below the door hinge. The corner is adjoined to wood floor boards and dry wall. The puddle will cause damage to the walls and require constant dry wall replacement and painting.
MVG is aware that their hinges do in fact leak but the initial sales did not inform us of this and claims we should read the small warranty print on the back. If we were informed of this during the quoting process that the Frameless solution would leak we would have chosen a different design. I believe we were upsold to a more expensive design that had a known flaw.

"We are genuinely disappointed that our customer is not satisfied with the work completed on their shower. This is certainly not the impression of our business we intended for him. As we explained to our customer on several occasions, due to the nature of custom heavy showers, no shower unit, frameless or not, will be watertight. They are not meant to be aquariums. In order to improve the shower's leak resistance, we recommend the customer direct water spray away from the shower door. In addition, with every shower installation, we routinely seal the door hinges to give our units additional protective properties, but hinges are also not waterproof nor watertight. As a result, and as stated in our Terms and Conditions, unfortunately we cannot warranty against minimal leakage. We realize every one of our customers' experiences is an opportunity to introduce our family-owned business to the community, which is why, despite what our Terms and Conditions state, we have remained determined to address this customer's concerns. A history of the job activity is provided below - which illustrates our numerous attempts to alleviate his leak concern: 6/12/13 - Installation completed. Terms and Conditions signed by customer. 7/1/13 - Field crew adjusted unit at no charge 7/29/13 - Tom Lytle performed 2nd service call at no charge 8/9/13 - Tom Lytle performed 3rd service call, customer was charged $50 for additional hardware 8/14/13 - Field crew performed 4th service call at no charge 10/29/13 - Field crew performed 5th service call at no charge 11/4/13 - Field crew performed 6th service call at no no charge A 7th and final service call was performed on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, again at no charge. We anticipated that this final visit would provide a conclusive solution to the problem. Please note that our frequent attempts to find a solution for our customer's leak concern were not an admission of guilt, as our customer has claimed, rather an example of great customer service. Having been in business for 40 years, we know that a successful small business is always a work in progress, but unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we cannot always make everyone happy. In contrast, however, we design and install thousands of this type of shower each year and this is the first complaint of this nature. We appreciate the chance to work with all of our customers and value the opportunity they have provided us by inviting us into their home. We also appreciate that you have given us an opportunity to respond to this customer."

Everything went smoothly. The staff was personable and professional. The installers were on time -- they were also personable and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were thorough and detail oriented -- everything was left clean and tidy. I'm very happy with my newly installed glass in the patio sliding doors!

My unit was built in 2000-2001 timeframe. My kitchen window had 2 broken muntins. I was having a very hard time finding someone that can fix or replace the window. I was constantly passed on from glass companies to window repair companies. Mission Viejo eas punctual, he came at the promised time, tooke measures, gave me an estimate. He was also able to rush the order as I was getting ready to go on a trip. They were very kind and did everything to accomodate my schedule. When the window was ready (in about a week) he sent over one worker who was very professional and curteous to mount the window. The job was done very well and the window fits perfectly with the other half.

Very well! Upon first telephone call, I was told I would receive a call back to set up an appointment for someone to come out to give me an estimate. They called back and came within the hour, and appointment was set. Representative came promptly, and gave me an estimate. The window as double pane, so had to be custom made. Two days later, I received a call to set up an appointment for installation. Again, installer came promptly.

The job went well, and I was billed the estimated cost. There was a bit of confusion about the price... I had asked that the glass be replaced in one of my garage doors. The over-the-phone estimate was $180 - $225. When the service representative arrived he said the estimate was for one pane of glass only. My door has two panes, both of which needed to be replaced. Frankly it didn't occur to me that the estimate was based on a single pane of glass rather than a single door, and I had not been asked how many panes were involved. I offered to pay the high end of the estimated price range and the offer was accepted.

Consulted Angie's List for glass replacement company. Called company, very courteous response. Estimator called to make appointment. Arrived at scheduled time. Measured glass, discussed cost, counseled on best approach to replace other windows in room (not first reason for call) and gave estimated time for ordering window. Received call when window was ready to install, made appointment. Installer called ahead to let us know he was minutes away from arrival although he was not late. Removed broken glass, installed new pane, cleaned up thoroughly. All contacts with this company were courteous and pleasant and the work was accomplished to our entire satisfaction. A few days later we received a thank-you card.

The appointment was made via telephone and the two workers showed up right on time. They assessed the situation, went right to work and accomplished the job in about 30 minutes. In all the job was performed quickly and without incident. The only issue was price, there was a $300 minimum and there was no clean up at the end of the job. Other than this the job went well.
