I called Mark and he showed up the morning I called. He was polite and professional. He explained all my options -- the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing the unit. He was transaprent with all costs and fees and extremely fair. He willingly provided me his point of view from the customer's perspective and did not try to hard sell products/services I didn't need. When we agreed on the scope of work, he ordered the replacement part and came back the same afternoon to replace it. He stayed until about 7PM to make sure the job was completed and done right. I have a wife and two kids and was without hot water for a few days -- my family was extremely happy when Mark left and the hot water heater was working again. I will definitely call Mark One the next time I have any plumbing issues and would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Mark!

The jobs went very well. I paid $100 for the drain cleaning. I've used him for quite a bit of work. The water heaters were $6,000 and the repiping and other work was $2,000. He is a very meticulous worker and he is very clean and thorough. He knows what he is doing and he gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Everything works great. He is very professional; he doesn't come in with his pants hanging down and his crack hanging out. He has an overall general good character and he is honest.
