Konstant Klean Pool Specialists

I was referred to Guy from the folks who built my pool, to look at a problem with the pump. I had no return from the pool and the pump was running dry. I left Guy a message about 9:30 AM and he called me back in just a little bit. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone helping me troubleshoot the problem, and I was able to get the pump going just with his phone support.

Given that had gone well, I asked him about a problem with my salt generator. The service light had been on a while, and I had no idea what to do. Guy had me do a couple checks and was able to pinpoint the issue. He went offline to find the parts and called back in about an hour with an estimate. He had the parts to repair the unit in hand, and was able to get a technician (Mike) out to see me the same day. Mike was right on time, and was very nice and professional. He worked very quickly and got the new parts installed. He took his time getting the pump working right, to make sure everything was fine before he wrapped up.

The experence has been fair overall. Follow up has been poor, have had to follow up with getting tech to show up and service the pool on a couple of times. Had discussed some additional service to equipment and no follow up or work completed yet. On one visit they left the pool with the water running and caused the pool to over flow. Tend to be very absent minded. When the owner shows up, he's knowledgable but again follow up is delayed often. Maybe due to the holidays?

The good thing about this company is the owner who is an expert with the pool equipments. Hence, he can fix if something is wrong. The only bad part is that he will switch the cleaners and does not always get the same employees. They are definitely not the cheapest in terms of the pricing. I am still using their services.

Have used Konstant Kleen (Mike) since we had the spa built.  Mike is prompt and professional.  E- billing is convenient also.

They do a great job, are really nice and are responsive to problems. The only thing slightly negative is sometimes they don't show up on the specified day and don't call to tell me. They do come another day but it may not be as convenient for me.

I have used him before and I am very satisfied with him. I have a specialized pool and he is the first to really understand it and get it to work very well. He is really a good guy.
