The service reps were prompt and polite, and did a nice job in an appropriate amount of time. It wasn't the deepest cleaning I've ever had, but it was also the fastest I've ever had for drying time. This is important to me as we entertain a lot and I don't always have a lot of time to plan around wet carpets. Also, if carpet remains damp it attracts more dirt and will temporarily hide stains that weren't removed, calling for additional work down the line. The outdoor upholstery cleaning was thorough and met my expectations despite the operator's concern that the fabric may not come completely clean. Overall, I'm very happy.

This company was prompt, courteous and they did a good job cleaning up stains on the carpet.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough job.

we were spoiled by Angel from the valley doing such a wonderful job a couple of years ago.  thought would use someone closer.

I sent a message on 3/3/15 for a quote to clean my carpets and  I had a response and an appointment made within a matter of  hours (it would have been sooner if I responded quicker).  
On 3/5 they called  me and let me know that they completed another job earlier than expected and could be at my house 1/2 an hour earlier.   Eric and Joshua showed up on time and went right to work.  The whole process take about an hour and fifteen minutes and the carpets look great. 
I'm happy with the way the carpets look and would not hesitate to call them again.

What a great job! Eric and Joshua showed up right on time and were very friendly and ready to tackle my carpet. The carpet and stairs were heavily stained and I didn't have much hope for it. They got all the spots out, and the carpet looks good as new. I also had them clean 2 area rugs, and they also came out great. I'm going to have them come back and do my couch next! I would recommend this family run business to everyone, they take great pride in what they do!

Eric showed up right on time. I just received the keys to the house and previous owner didn't have time to clean or vacuum the carpet before they handed me the keys. Heavens Best came with a large commercial vacuum and look care of everything. There were some bad stains from a couple doggie accidents and what looked like ink stains. They pretreated each stain before cleaning. The carpet was in bad shape but looked almost new when the process was completed. I will admit that I didn't expect the carpet to look so good, like I said it was in bad shape. I am very happy with the results and the team was great to work with.

Very impressed with Eric & Joshua. I have had the carpet cleaned many times before but their work was much better
than work performed by other companies. I'm definitely using them in the future.
I also like that they are a family owned business.

Eric and Joshua were professional, prompt, thorough and so very, very nice. Joshua took the time to explain what they would be doing and how our carpet would respond to the cleaning. Our carpet looks absolutely amazing. It was very stained when we moved in and we didn't think the stains would budge. It looks as good as new, smells and feels incredibly clean. We will use them again, no questions asked! We highly recommend Heaven's Best.

It went extremely well and Tom is a good contractor.  Very friendly and professional and right on time. I liked him a lot and wouldn't think twice about having him back to do our carpets again.  He knew the carpets were really old and told me that he would do the best he can with them and that's exactly what he did.  For carpets that were 22 years old, I thought he did an excellent job. They looked great for the 60th birthday party I hosted for my husband  at our house on Sat. night 9/7/13.  He did the carpets on Thurs. 9/5/13.
I rated him and his performance an "A" because I feel that he deserves an A.

Great experience with great results.  Ron was able to come out within a few days and his quote was very accurate.  He explained the whole process prior to starting the job which was very helpful.  High traffic areas look great and we will definitely use them again.
