He is a good general contractor and I used him for a previous remodel. He estimated this project in advance and it is a huge remodel of a large house. The subcontractors he uses all do good quality work and keep the work area clean. They clean up every night and take a lot of pride in their work, making sure it is done well. The subcontractors always arrive early in the morning and work all day; Guy is very reliable. They are all very professional and I have never had a problem with them that way. I will use them again in the future.
