tance. Dixon was very patient, thorough and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and then he had me attempt the skill. He was patient with my learning process. The following day he emailed and called me by phone to ask how I was succeeding and to let me know I could call or email him if I was having difficulties. He explained to me his hourly billing process and told me I could stop at anytime I wanted but that the longer I used him time ran into money. This is not my first computer technician with whom I have worked at home to trouble shoot or install. Dixon is the best consultant I have encountered.
