I have terrible allergies. BOTH of my vacuums were not working. I took them in to be evaluated/repaired. Landon, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. He gave me honest info on vacuum cleaners - fair and honest of what needed to be done to those I took in and also on the possible purchase of a new vacuum. I never felt any "sales pitch or hype." I was feeling particularly miserable that day. I did purchase a new vacuum to see how I liked it while repairing my other. The return policy was 3 days. Landon extended that another business day without any hassle. Also very polite. carried items to car (including tissue for my nose!):) It was so refreshing to have someone not just want to make a sale, but instead wanted to make sure the customer was taken care of and ended up with the correct product.
