Crown Valley Florist

The flower arrangement delivered looked good for maybe one day and then it quickly deteriorated. The arrangement was made of of rooted plants that were to be transplanted outside after they had been at the bedside of the patient in an air conditioned home. After the first day, the leaves started falling off the miniature roses and the blooms started to wilt and discolor. There was at least one large caterpillar eating the succulent's leaves. The entire arrangement was totally unsatisfactory, and after one week, I took it to the florist shop to let them see the poor status of their product and to let them know about its condition for their professional improvement. I did not expect nor demand a replacement. When I got to the florist shop, the reception I received from the manager/owner was very negative in nature. She was dismissive, rude, and refused to take any responsibility for the extremely poor product they had made and delivered to my home. I was talked down to and basically given the brush off. Overall, this was a very negative experience for me and I didn't go into it expecting any compensation; only the acceptance of responsibility by the florist shop.
