They are extremely honest. They are extremely thorough. They do everything precisely by the book, so there is no problem with the paper work. They're very responsive. We've been doing finance like four times now, because things keep going down. And we were nog charged any fees or we were not charged for these loans. We have very good credit ratings, so I don't know if that could be true for everybody. But I know they would try to help as much as they could.
