excellent, provider informed me that an oil change wasn't necessary at this time and after multiple attempts to get the air bag light to error they were not able to. Checked the car for any other issues none were found and no charge.

I have a hard time writing this review due to the multiple services performed... I am providing the ratings on my overall feelings based on three years of service.
Oil changes and regular services were done correctly, and average price (for dealership costs).
When I took the car in for TSB Bulletin repairs (front/rear speaker cutting out and excessive wind noises from the sunroof - both on a 2008 CTS Premium), they kept the car for several days. The speaker cutting out they and quot;couldn't duplicate the problem.and quot; I presented them upfront and then reminded them of the TSB showing the car has known issues and they said they would need the car an extra day to perform the work. The following day I picked it up and they said they had replaced the speaker. I informed them the TSB required more than that as water had been noted leaking into the trunk and causing shorts in the amplifier. This is described on the GM/Cadillac TSB and they said, and quot;oh yeah, we did that too.and quot; Needless to say, the problem did not get fixed.
When I took the car in for excessive wind noises from the sunroof, I also provided them the GM/Cadillac TSB Bulletin. When I picked the car up the following day, the car had more than 70 extra miles on it. When I asked them why, they said they had incorrectly input the drop-off mileage... I assured them it was correct and that they had indeed driven my car 70 miles the clerk called the service advisor. The service advisor told me the technician had to drive it around to verify the noise was gone. I asked why 70 miles and he had no answer. I then asked to speak to a manager and the manager conceded that and quot;every once in a while our advisors may take customers cars home.and quot; I was dumbfounded... I asked how their insurance would cover this and he had no response. I asked if they were going to pay for my gas and he said no...
I changed out the Onstar module for my CTS to one that actually had bluetooth (2009 into a 2008). I had to have the dealership program my VIN into the Onstar module (or associate it somehow). I gave the advisor the procedure from CadillacOwners forums and they did the procedure in 20 minutes and charge me under $50. I was very happy with this service as I expected it to cost a lot more.
At that point I had vowed not to return. I sold my CTS and bought a 2013 SRX. I wanted to change out the factory grille and since all of their new SRXs have custom grilles, I took my car to them to see if they would do it. The advisors first question/concern was his lunch... when he noted that I wasn't leaving and was simply asking to make an appointment, he turned from his lunch and asked me to come back after 1:30 and talk to their accessories guy, Mike Jackson. The advisor asked if I had purchased the car from them and was upset when I said I had not. I was so put-off that I decided it wasn't worth it and went back to my preferred dealership (over an hour away vice 10 minutes to Allen).

Overall (during more than six years), Allen's maintenance and repair services are excellent.

They are always able to fit me in for maintenance in a very prompt manner when I call. They are very kind and friendly. I am very happy with their service.
