 + -1 moreIt went beautifully! We will call Rick when/if any of our appliances need to be repaired. He showed up on time; he was informative, polite and patient. I say "patient" because I am sure that I asked him the same questions at least twice -- and maybe three times! The perfect appliance repair person!
Description of Work: Our GE Monogram built-in refrigerator began malfunctioning on the weekend. Rick actually answered the phone on Saturday, when it is nearly impossible to get a repair person. He gave me a few things to do to see if the problem would resolve on its own and to let him know if it did not. He came Monday morning and cleaned the compressor and ruled out some problems and diagnosed the problem. Explained everything very thoroughly. He was most helpful!
