Absolute Locksmith

I lost my home key and was very worried, I called those guys they sent a tech, Eric was very polite and quick, I paid less then what i thought it will be, I hope i will not need that type of service again but if i do i know where to call,

I locked myself out of the house this morning. Called this company so I could get in my house. I had used another lock company from the same city last year to install a lock set and thought I was calling the same company. Well, unfortunately I was wrong. The guy came in a timely fashion but could not understand a word he said except for price of $145. Took 10 minutes at most. The other lock company spent at least 45 minutes or more to install the lockset and charged $90. It required more work than anticipated but did it for price quoted on phone. I would never ever use this locksmith again.

I was overcharged. The locksmith said Baldwin locks are expensive and claimed my Baldwin lock cost over $1000 so it was expensive to repair. I wrote a review in Yelp and the company called to apologize and wanted me to tell them how to make me happy. It was like they wanted me to ask for a bribe and change my story. Unfortunately I did not check Yelp which had bad reviews. The company rep said Yelp reviews are made by competitors. I am not in the locksmith business.
