Dr. Wiekamp has been my veterinarian for years. He is very knowledgeable. Transporting cats to the vet is a nightmare. Dr. Wiekamp parks his mobile vet hospital in front of my house and, in the case of vaccinations, comes into my home to do it to ensure the least amount of trauma possible. Since the cats no longer go into a vet's office, where all kinds of other animals are present, they only receive one vaccination every other year. They are much happier and healthier. Also, surprisingly, he is cheaper than most vet offices. I volunteer for a cat rescue and we recently had a cat that needed surgery to remove a benign tumor in his head. Banfield wanted $2500. Dr. Wiekamp did it for $700 and did an awesome job. I highly recommend him.
